MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Finally I am home! Yesterday I managed to get a standby ticket. I was so happy, it really pays to get to the airport early (like three hours before the flight departs). Its fun to fly on your own. My flight to chicago however, was delayed by an hour and a half because of bad weather conditions x.x. Anyways, I've flown a lot in my life, last year alone I flew about 20 times. I've gotten to a point where I know if the landing is going to be a bumpy one or a smooth one. I judge the landing by the speed of the plane when it is on its hovering above the ground. If it is too fast, there will be a big jolt/bump. If however, the plane gradually/slowly touches down, its a smooth landing. Only once have I experienced a smooth landing

My flight was cancelled........... o.o.............. All flights are full, and i don't know what to do.......

Its 3:24am........Yay for a 8-10 page final paper due tomorrow @8am and for procrastination!!! *So....Tired.....* x.x Im almost done! Just 500 more words and 4 hours to go! I college. I </3 Finals. Took some awsome pictures yesterday. My friend flew in from Texas saturday night, which was also the night that our university football team won and is now going to the NCAA championship game yay! Plus it was also the day when a giant snow storm decided to blow through Hells Gate and made its way through Hells canyon (thats where the university is located lol) and dumped a load of snow on us. It was fun though and I am so happy that he made it safe and sound^^ In less than a week I'll be home for the first time in 4 months, which reminds me, I haven't watched t.v in 4 months as well X3, I don't care though I'd rather spend my time with the great friends that I have here. Yay for ultimate hid and seek in the U.C! I am going to miss them terribly when I go home. Back to work on my final!

So first off with requests are going slow due to the fact that I have poor time management skills and forgot that finals are next week! XD but they are getting done! Since finals are next week and a friend of mine is visiting for a week and flying home with me, (yay! At least I'll feel a bit better if I get stuck in Denver if it snows horribly! lol) I won't be on much, probably to check messages here or there.

In other news, at 4:45am this morning my roommate and I, or should I say, my WHOLE dorm was awakened by the fire alarm.lol. The alarm in our room is right next to my head and it's a very high pitch screeching noise. My first thought and words were "What the *fill in blank* is that at 4 in the morning!?" My roommate's reaction, on the other hand, was pretty funny, her reaction was as follows ".......*grumble*...Turn it off!......" When I realized what was going on I jumped down from my bed (which is lofted) and immediately got my roommate up. Then I decided to quickly change into some warmer cloths, threw on a coat and grabbed my I.d card/keys. I helped my roommate through this experience because she was still half asleep X3. So we get outside, to find police cars and fire engines lined up on the road side with their lights flashing. I was lucky to find my friend, who also lives on my floor, because she had suggested that we could run and camp out in her car to keep warm until this ordeal passed. It was only 0 degrees outside. After 30 mins or so we were finally allowed back inside, the only problem though was that the elevators were still shut down and one of the two stair cases were unlocked. This was the longest part of the night because I live on the tenth floor of the dormitory x.x. Though it was not fun or funny at that time, Now I think it is the funniest thing that has ever happened to me. XD Btw, there was no fire, someone was either smoking in their dorm room or pulled the alarm for fun. I college X3

Ah yes another note, I'm planning on going to Sakura Con in March/April, which will be held in Seattle! I'm still deciding on who to cosplay as. Right now I'm aiming for San, from Princess Mononoke^^
